Safety Policy

At Peace Love Paint, the safety of our guests is our top priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we ask that all guests follow these guidelines:

Wear appropriate clothing: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint on. Avoid loose clothing or jewelry that could get caught in your painting supplies.
Use painting supplies responsibly: Our painting supplies are safe to use when used properly. Please follow all instructions provided by our staff and use the supplies only for their intended purposes.
Keep your workspace clean: We ask that all guests keep their workspace clean and tidy throughout the event. This helps prevent slips, trips, and falls.
Follow all safety instructions: Our staff will provide safety instructions and guidelines throughout the event. Please listen carefully and follow all instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

By attending a Peace Love Paint event, you agree to follow these guidelines and release Peace Love Paint and its employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the event.

Photography Release

By attending a Peace Love Paint event, you grant permission for Peace Love Paint and its employees and agents to photograph and record video and audio of you and your likeness. You agree that Peace Love Paint may use these photographs, videos, and recordings for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and print advertising. You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of these photographs, videos, and recordings. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a Peace Love Paint representative at the beginning of the event.

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor attending a Peace Love Paint event, you grant permission for Peace Love Paint to photograph and record video and audio of your child and their likeness. You agree that Peace Love Paint may use these photographs, videos, and recordings for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and print advertising. You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of these photographs, videos, and recordings.
